For a college class, we were given a fictional company and asked to organize its data and produce reports. I used Java and SQL to work with the records and turn them into readable output.

What I learned

The assignment connected database work with an actual reporting task. I worked with company records, Java object models, and SQL storage, then used that information to generate reports and receipts. It helped me see why the way data is organized matters just as much as the final output.
