Restore Remove Ads
Open the in-game settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that originally purchased Remove Ads. Apple handles the transaction and restoration.
Rewarded ad did not grant a reward
A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. If an ad is closed early or the network fails, gameplay should return safely without granting the reward.
Game Center is unavailable
Confirm that Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that the device is online. Scores earned offline may be submitted later when the service becomes available.
Reset local data
Orbit Shift stores game progress and preferences on the device. Removing the app and its data removes that local information. A previously purchased Remove Ads entitlement can be restored through Apple.
