Delete Player Data

Delete inside the app

1. Open Orbit Shift and select Ads & Privacy.
2. Open Player Data, then Delete Player Data.
3. Read both confirmation steps and confirm while connected to the internet.

Once accepted, your public profile is hidden immediately. Background cleanup removes your anonymous account, username and code reservations, score, friendships, requests, blocks, and associated reports. Offline requests wait until the app reconnects.

Request deletion on the web

Email a deletion request to Connor Hohlen at connorhohlen@gmail.com. Include your Orbit Shift username and whether you still have access to the original installation. Do not send a password, authentication token, payment details, or identity document.

We will reply with a way to verify ownership. A publicly visible username or friend code alone is not proof. If you have lost the original installation, recovery or identity verification may not be possible; we will explain the available options. This page does not sign you in or delete anything automatically.

What remains

Local progress, saved runs, settings, Game Center/Play Games records, and store purchases are separate. Removing the app's local data removes its local progress; manage platform gaming records through Apple or Google. Online deletion cannot be undone. A limited anonymous-ID security marker and request-limit records expire after two days, with cleanup afterward. Provider logs and previously submitted diagnostics follow their retention controls; Crashlytics starts deletion after 90 days. See the privacy policy.
